Ntangnyui Patrick Tata is a writer, critic, editor, and human rights and good governance votary. He holds two graduate and postgraduate diplomas in education, a Maitrise in English Studies, an MA in English Literary and Cultural Studies, and is pursuing a terminal degree research on the impact and implications of the world wars on contemporary views and lifestyles.

A versatile author with a flair for word economy and mellifluousness as an essayist, poet, prose writer and academic, he grapples with social concerns with clinical intellectual composure.

North West/West Anglophone Cameroon Writers’ Association (ACWA NW/W) branch president, NW Regional first vice president of LICAMDH (Ligue Camerounaise des Droits de l’Homme, de la Démocratie et de la Gouvernance)- a national human rights league associated with CONAC, Amnesty International and FIDH.

He is the author and co-author of some thirty pedagogical books and heads the PATAMAE Research and Editing Consultancy.
